WHAT IS EMPOWER CARDIO?

It's a unique circuit training program for conditioning your cardiovascular endurance and strength at your own pace. We offer equipment and instruction on its use, and several time slots where you can come in and work out on your own.  An instructor will be on hand to assist with exercises, equipment use, and guidance on reaching your personal goals, but the workout and time is yours. Take fifteen minutes or an hour, or more!  Our Empower coaches are trained in wellness coaching, and are ready to assist you six days a week. 

WHY TRAIN CARDIO HERE?

Any fitness routine requires a level of cardiac fitness and endurance to maintain. Empower Cardio can take your performance to the next level, no matter where you’re starting. If you don’t have a fitness routine, all the more reason to begin a cardio program. Twenty minutes a day, three days a week will improve your health and longevity, enabling you to meet other goals such as weight loss, weight gain, and better sleep. Regular exercise even assists in shifting to a healthier appetite!
