WHAT IS BJJ?

BJJ stands for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

It is a form of ground self-defense, that incorporates Judo and wrestling techniques, to control an opponent from standing to the ground.  BJJ is not just a martial art, it is a lifestyle that is physically and mentally demanding, but extremely rewarding.
